I’m extremely thankful for my gorgeous wife Marlena who is an excellent cook. I think that everything she cooks is fantastic, even though I’m extremely particular eater Bedouin tent restaurant.

I’m Peruvian and moved to America in 1991. The most significant change to us (besides that of the American language) is the cuisine. We were raised eating organically and freshly. I’m grateful to be following this lifestyle for six years, and I’m much healthier as well as I’m energized to get my job done (roofing the business). I don’t drink energy drinks or coffee, and I’m more energetic than the majority of men I work with and they drink a variety of caffeinated beverages and energy drinks.

I’m grateful to have discover the healthiest, plant-based and mostly vegetarian diet at the time I did. Today, I am in excellent health and digestion , and I am not worried about illnesses which are commonplace these days like I used to. Prior to this I was terrified of aging. Now, I feel much younger than I was 10 years ago!
